Aug `14 Dance On Land

IMG_2078IMG_2080DanceonLand_Vermont-1866“Connect with the ground with as much body surface as possible! Use maximum three points of your body to rest on! Feel how your partners hands are moving your hands  and let that movement travel through to move your own body.”

I love it!

All of this and more to learn and discover at a  three day workshop full of improvisation, Aikido, dance and movement both in an old-church-turned-into-Aikido dojo and outside in and around Brattleboro in the beautifull Vermont.

Thank you Shinichi Iova and Chales Colten for your inspiring teaching!
